Corellian Engineering Corporation is run by the Management Team, which consists of the Managing Director, Chief of Staff, and Director of Operations. Each member has a specific role in the smooth operation of the Corporation.

The leader of any corporation inside the KinerCorp family is the Managing Director. The Managing Director is responsible for the overall operation of CEC. They report all operations directly to the CEO of KinerCorp, and work closely with the other Managing Directors within the KinerCorp family.

The Chief of Staff of CEC is second in command of CEC. He holds a dual position wherein he is appointed as both a General and commanding officer of the Merchant Marine Force and also the Chief of Staff and commanding officer of all civil divisions. The Chief of Staff is responsible for the day to day operations of CEC and is responsible to report directly to the Managing Director. In the absence of the Managing Director, the Chief of Staff serves as interim commanding officer.

The Director of Operations is the third in command of CEC. The primary responsibility of the Director of Operations is to command the civil divisions of CEC such as Sales, Marketing, Construction, Production and Training. The Director of Operations reports directly to the Managing Director and the Chief of Staff. In the absence of the Managing Director and Chief of Staff the Director of Operations is to fulfill the role of interim commanding officer.
